• Rachel Quigley has been appointed as Event Director for the Show. Rachel joins the team with a wealth of industry experience having graduated from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, Paris and trained in some of the world’s most coveted establishments including The Ledbury (London), Chateaubriand (Paris) and Quay (Australia).
  Capitalising on this experience working alongside Michelin starred chefs, coupled with her impressive industry knowledge, Rachel will be instrumental in enhancing the Show by developing new and exciting concepts and features to deliver a first-rate event and reinforce The Restaurant Show’s highly regarded reputation as the must-attend exhibition.
  Rachel comments: “Anything and everything related to food and restaurants has been an absolute pre-occupation for me for years, so being appointed as Event Director for such an established and highly respected industry show is very exciting.”
