| Gastro Inn Serves up a Surprising Feast The Inn at Lathones, Scotland has recently introduced its summer menu. The hearty, traditional dishes the Inn is famous for have been given a makeover by new head chef Richard Brackenbury. Inspired by cooking techniques from around the globe he incorporates fresh, seasonal and local produce throughout.
